Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing unit/factory.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and plant HR operations.

• HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and plant administration.
• Recruitment: Source and hire staff, technical roles, and shop-floor/labor manpower.
• Labor Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, and handle statutory documentation.
• Employee Relations: Manage shop-floor discipline, resolve grievances, and foster a healthy work culture.
• Performance & Training: Coordinate appraisals and conduct basic safety and skill training programs.
