Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for its Bardoli manufacturing plant. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, payroll, and plant administration, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and the Factory Act.

You will lead recruitment for shop-floor roles, manage employee relations, and coordinate performance appraisals and basic safety trainings. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing unit/factory (Must).
• Good knowledge of labor laws and plant HR operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations & Payroll: attendance, leave management, payroll processing, plant administration.
• Recruitment: source and hire staff for technical roles and shop-floor manpower.
