Job summary

Propella Consulting Group is seeking a Head HR Corporate HR to lead the HR function across Gurgaon and multiple locations. You will drive HR strategy, governance and organizational effectiveness, while owning payroll, HRMS, policies, processes, compliance and reporting.

You will also spearhead HR digital transformation, SOP standardization, and analytics, along with Talent Acquisition, PMS and L&D, including workforce planning and succession planning. Build dashboards to monitor key HR metrics.

Qualifications

• MBA/Master’s in HR with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in corporate HR, preferably in fashion/retail or multi-location setups.
• Strong exposure to HRMS implementation, payroll, policies and compliance.
• Proven ability to transform HR from traditional to technology-led functions.
• Excellent HR analytics, governance and stakeholder management.

A rapidly growing, professionally managed fashion retail organization with a strong multi-location presence across India. The company is undergoing a transition from traditional HR processes to a more structured, technology-enabled and data-driven HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Corporate HR function across multiple retail locations, driving HR strategy, governance and organizational effectiveness.
• Own HR operations including Payroll, HRMS, policies, processes, compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
• Drive HR digital transformation and HRMS implementation, including process standardization, SOPs, system migration, automation and analytics.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and L&D, including workforce planning, critical hiring, PMS, capability building and succession planning.
• Build robust HR dashboards and MIS covering manpower, attrition, hiring, productivity, performance and manpower cost.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a lead/corporate HR role.
• Experience in fashion, apparel or retail is preferred.
• Strong exposure to HRMS implementation, HR digital transformation, payroll, PMS, L&D, TA, HR policies and compliance.
• Should have experience in transforming HR from an unstructured/traditional setup to a more organized and technology-led function.
• Strong HR analytics, governance, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-location HR operations and working closely with senior leadership.
