FoundWise is seeking a result-driven HR-Head to shape the HR strategy and build scalable people processes across multiple cities in India. The role focuses on talent acquisition, culture strengthening, and ensuring statutory compliance to support business expansion.

You will design performance management systems, KPIs, and drive talent acquisition across corporate and operations, while overseeing payroll, HRMS and employee lifecycle management.

Formación

• MBA/PGDM or PGDHRM from a top-tier institute preferred.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, e-commerce, logistics, or high-growth startups desired.
• Proven ability to scale teams across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
• Lead talent acquisition & hiring across corporate, operations and other functions.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Standardize HR policies, SOPs, and establish HR Ops per business objectives.
• Manage and track key HR metrics including attrition, hiring efficiency, productivity and engagement.

We are looking for a result driven HR-Head who will be responsible for developing HR Strategy, building scalable people processes, driving talent acquisition, strengthening culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business expansion across multiple cities.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives
• Responsible for designing and implementing performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks
• Responsible for leading talent acquisition & hiring across corporate, operations & other functions
• Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Standardize HR policies, SOPs, and set up HR Ops as per business objective
• Manage and track key HR metrics including attrition, hiring efficiency, productivity & employee engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidates from Tier-1 MBA/PGDHRM preferred (XLRI, TISS, IIM, MDI).
• Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, or high-growth startups preferred
• Proven track record of scaling teams across multiple locations
