Job summary

Avery Dennison RBIS invites a motivated HR Intern to join the Human Resources team in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a fast-paced organization.

You will assist in recruitment, maintain records, support payroll processes when needed, and contribute ideas for process improvements while gaining insight into HR systems and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate records.
• Joining handover of first day.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist with payroll support and HRIS data entry (as required).
• Conduct market research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports and scheduling of interviews and follow up on candidates for walk-ins.
