Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes and calling the candidates.
  
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source potential candidates.
  
• Job Posting on LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms and referral Boards
  
• Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
