Digital Lok is hiring an HR Intern for a 3-month learning + practical internship in Bhopal. The role covers candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining HR records with a fixed monthly stipend of ₹3,000 plus performance bonus.

What You'll Do

• Handle candidate sourcing, calling and resume screening for different positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding interns and employees.
• Maintain attendance, leave records and basic employee documentation.
• Coordinate with team members and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Manage assigned HR tasks, follow-ups and daily HR activities properly and on time.

Performance Bonus
