We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Human Resources Generalist (HR all‑rounder) to manage and oversee various HR functions, including engagement, operations, and recruitment. This role is pivotal in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships between employees and management.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team in Pune (Part‑Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft job descriptions, source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage offer negotiations, and pre‑and post‑onboarding activities.
• Create employer brand content and social media campaigns, and partner strategically with hiring managers to meet talent needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Advise on all employee relations, including labor legislation‑related matters from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and advising managers on employment matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently.
• Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives.
• Super Important: Facilitate a good work culture, drive employee engagement and welfare, and handle performance management cases and staff grievances
• Plan and design strategies for internal engagement and retention.

Must have qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on HR experience, with a strong focus on hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.
• Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
