Instrumentation and Control Solutions (ICS) in Rajendra Nagar, Indore, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance. With 2.5+ years of experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR, you will ensure timely manpower fulfilment and accurate recordkeeping.

You will coordinate with department heads, ensure PF/ESIC and PT compliance, and maintain HR MIS and dashboards. Strong Excel and ERP skills preferred for efficient HR operations.

Qualificações

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, settlements, and employee queries.

• Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and close positions on time.
