Job Description

We're looking for an energetic, resourceful HR Generalist to own recruitment and employee engagement. Your top priority will be closing positions fast, both client-facing and internal job postings.

You will work directly with the founder, see the impact of your work on client relationships, and get hands-on exposure across HR, recruitment, employee engagement, business development support, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary, 70% of your time)

• Understand client and internal requirements and convert them into clear job descriptions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and/or databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and video screening, and shortlist budget-fit candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
• Follow up on offers, negotiate within budget, and ensure timely onboarding
• Maintain a talent pipeline and tracker for fast closures on future requirements
• Track and report hiring status daily

HR Operations and Others

• Onboard new joiners and maintain employee records
• Plan small engagement activities, team interactions, and feedback loops
• Provide support in performance evaluation
• Outreach activities
• Employee satisfaction and query resolution

Who we're looking for?

Must-have:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
• Pursuing or completed graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, or any related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
• Comfortable making calls and talking to candidates all day
• Basic knowledge of sourcing on LinkedIn and job portals
• A fast, follow-up-driven, target-oriented attitude
• Ability to work from our office in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad)

Good-to-have:

• Experience in IT or non-IT bulk or contract hiring
• Familiarity with Boolean search and ATS/trackers
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Interest in social media, content, or outreach
