Job summary

Pureplay Skin Sciences (I) Pvt. Ltd is seeking a high-energy HR Executive to build a foundation across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will work hands-on with Plum’s People Team and manage the employee lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

The role is deployed full-time at Plum’s Head Office in Thane, with collaboration across internal HR teams. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, Commerce or related discipline.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience/internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
• Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate offer documentation and pre-joining engagement.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee databases and other operational records.
• Support attendance, payroll inputs and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.
• Support exit documentation and separation formalities.
• Assist the People Team with other HR operational activities as required.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, organized and people-friendly HR Executive who wants to build a strong foundation across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Plum’s People Team and get exposure to the employee lifecycle—from identifying and coordinating with candidates to onboarding employees and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

While the role will be on a third-party payroll, the selected candidate will be deployed full-time at Plum’s Head Office in Thane and work closely with the internal HR team.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination across multiple functions.

• Support exit documentation and separation formalities.
• Assist the People Team with other HR operational activities as required.

What We’re Looking For
