Job summary

Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) in Kerala is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned region, ensuring smooth policy implementation and monthly HR MIS.

You will coordinate with Branch Heads, Regional Heads, and managers to identify manpower needs, drive recruitment, handle employee queries and grievances, monitor attendance and attrition, and support performance management and lifecycle activities; must be aware of the local language of Kochi.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end HR operations for the assigned region, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Maintaining monthly HR MIS covering manpower strength, budget vs. actual headcount, vacancies, new joinings, separations, transfers, and promotions.
• Coordinating with Branch Heads, Regional Heads, and functional managers to identify manpower requirements and initiate recruitment against approved positions.
• Handling employee queries and grievances and coordinating with Branch/Regional Heads for timely resolution.
• Monitoring employee attendance, leave, absenteeism, and attrition and preparing relevant HR reports and analysis.
• Coordinating and ensuring timely completion of performance management, appraisals, promotions, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Monitoring employee documentation and HR records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment across branches.
• Coordinating with the Corporate HR team and regional stakeholders on various HR initiatives and ensuring timely implementation.
