Job summary

Flentas Technologies is seeking an HR Executive – People Operations to support day-to-day HR processes and employee experience initiatives. You will work with the HR Manager and business managers to ensure smooth operations, timely support, accurate data and effective people programs.

The role includes coordinating performance cycles, managing employee lifecycle, engagement activities and HR reporting to drive informed management decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR / People Operations.
• Experience in an IT/Technology organization preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of Excel and HR MIS.
• Experience with HRMS tools.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: manage day-to-day queries and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate quarterly/annual performance and OKR/KRA cycles.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition activities.
• HR MIS & Reporting: monthly dashboards, attrition, attendance, movements.
• Policies & Process Improvement: implement HR policies and SOPs.

HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – People Operations

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR / People Operations Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – People Operations to support the day-to-day execution of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.

The role will work closely with the HR Manager and business managers to ensure smooth HR operations, timely employee support, accurate HR data and effective execution of people programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

• Manage day-to-day employee HR queries and provide timely resolution.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and timesheet-related processes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and employee-related payroll queries.
• Ensure HRMS data is accurate and updated.

2. Performance & People Processes

• Coordinate quarterly/annual performance and OKR/KRA cycles.
• Track completion of goal setting, reviews and appraisal activities.
• Maintain performance trackers and prepare required MIS.
• Support managers and employees with performance process-related queries.
• Coordinate employee feedback and 1:1 tracking.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition activities.
• Coordinate employee surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Track engagement action items and support closure.
• Support employee communication and internal HR initiatives.

5. HR MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR dashboards and MIS covering:
  • Headcount
  • Attrition
  • Attendance
  • Employee movements
  • Performance
  • Training
  • Engagement
• Maintain HR trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide HR data and analysis required for management reviews.

6. Policies & Process Improvement

• Support implementation and communication of HR policies.
• Maintain HR SOPs, templates and process documentation.
• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and suggest practical improvements.
• Support HR automation and digitization initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
