Job summary

Angel and Genie in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a Payroll & HRIS specialist to independently manage end-to-end payroll and related compliance. You will oversee payroll operations, statutory payments, and HR dashboards while maintaining data integrity across the HRIS system.

Strong Excel skills and clear English/Hindi communication are essential. Experience with payroll audits and in-house processing will be highly valued as you collaborate with external consultants when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end payroll in-house.
• Strong knowledge of payroll statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and payroll dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations: Independently process monthly payroll, salary calculations, employee payouts and reconciliations.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other payroll-related compliances, payments, MIS and coordination with external consultants.
• Payroll & HRMIS: Prepare monthly payroll, statutory and HR dashboards, reports and reconciliations.
• HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records, manage Keka HRIS updates, data integrity and system improvements.
• Compensation Analytics: Support salary structuring, compensation benchmarking, cost analysis and periodic reviews.
• HRAudits: Maintain audit-ready payroll and employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of observations.
