B9 Solution is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Executive to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through offboarding, ensuring HR policies comply with labor laws. The role sits in IT Services & Consulting at Mohali/SAS Nagar.

The position covers recruitment strategy, interviews, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and engagement activities, with a friendly environment and flexible hours. Experience 2–4 years and MBA preferred.
