JobItUs is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a manufacturing/industrial setting. The role also handles payroll coordination, compliance with labour laws, and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and preferably an MBA/PGDM in HRM. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain HRIS and employee databases with complete accuracy.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other employment-related compliances.
Coordinate with finance and external consultants for statutory filings and audits.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Organize employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, festivals, and team-building activities.
Support employee retention initiatives and improve workplace satisfaction.
5. Performance Management & Learning
Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), appraisal cycles, and goal-setting processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
6. HR Policies & Administration
Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Participate in HR audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
4–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial machinery, or construction-related industries will be preferred.
