The MBA – HR will be responsible for assisting and executing core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. - Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
- Assist in payroll coordination including attendance, leave records, and data validation.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback tracking.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support and guidance.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
- Support training and development programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employment letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate exit formalities including full & final settlements and documentation.
- Support grievance handling and employee relations activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR requirements.
