In this role, you will own recruitment analytics, build interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and help drive data-backed decisions to optimize our client's global hiring and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Extraction & Management: Collect, clean, and validate data across ATS, HRIS, MS Excel trackers, and applicant surveys to ensure maximum data integrity.Dashboards & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visual executive reports.Process Automation: Write MS Excel Macros/VBA to automate daily/weekly/monthly HR metrics and reporting workflows.Predictive Insights: Conduct statistical analysis (trends, correlations, forecasting) to spot hiring pipeline bottlenecks, risks, and vendor performance patterns.Vendor & Operations Support: Validate monthly vendor invoices, track agency SLAs, and support HR compliance, audits, and data privacy standard execution.Key Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 58 years total experience with 2+ years explicitly focused on HR/TA data analysis.Technical Stack: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas & Macros), Power BI, and SQL.
