AECOM India Private Limited is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary partner for a large strategic client account, supporting 400–500 employees across multiple project sites and offices.

You will work closely with project leadership, operational managers, employees, client stakeholders, and HR partners to deliver people solutions that support project delivery, workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive employee experience.

Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary HR partner for a large strategic client account, supporting approximately 400-500 employees across multiple project sites and offices.
