The role collaborates with project leadership, operations managers, employees and HR partners to deliver people solutions that drive delivery and engagement.

You will guide workforce planning, staffing, performance management and organizational effectiveness while balancing business needs with employee experience.

Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary HR partner for a large strategic client account, supporting approximately 400-500 employees across multiple project sites and offices. The role will work closely with project leadership, operational managers, employees, client stakeholders, and HR partners to deliver people solutions that support project delivery, workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive employee experience.
