Employment Type: Full Time & Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp)
Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support end to end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding formalities: documentation, induction coordination, and system setups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle employee documentation: offer letters, confirmation letters, transfers, and exit paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Support joining, confirmation, and exit processes.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate background verification and maintain compliance-related trackers.
• Support audits and documentation readiness.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, circle level initiatives, and communication campaigns.
• Facilitate grievance handling resolution pathways

5. Performance & MIS

• Assist in goalsetting and performance review cycles.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, headcount updates, and attrition analysis.
• Collaborate with Circle HR and Business Leaders on people related metrics.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment is preferred
