Responsibilities

• Visit villages and Gram Panchayats to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
• Coordinate with Gram Panchayat representatives, village leaders, and local community members to generate referrals.
• Identify and mobilize eligible candidates from nearby rural areas.
• Conduct basic candidate counselling regarding apprenticeship opportunities, eligibility criteria, stipend, and joining procedures.
• Collect candidate details, educational documents, and other required information.
• Coordinate with the HR team for candidate screening, document verification, and joining formalities.
• Organize local awareness activities and candidate mobilization drives.
• Maintain daily reports of village visits, candidate leads, referrals, and hiring progress.
• Support the HR team in achieving apprenticeship hiring targets.
