Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with US-based clients, IPs, and vendors/MSPs.
• End-to-end account management: requirements, submissions, rate negotiations, closures.
• Coordinate with recruitment to fulfill open requirements.
• Negotiate terms, rate cards, and MSAs with clients/vendors.
• Track performance metrics: submissions, interviews, placements, revenue.
• Handle invoicing for consultants using QuickBooks; reconcile timesheets.
• Track AR and follow up on overdue payments; billing data closing.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage US IT staffing client accounts while also owning HR policy design, implementation, and compliance for the organization. This is a dual-role position suited for someone with strong client relationship skills in the US staffing domain and solid HR operations/policy expertise.

• Manage and grow relationships with US-based clients, implementation partners (IPs), and vendors/MSPs
• Handle end-to-end account management: requirement gathering, submission tracking, rate negotiation, and closures
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of open requirements
• Build and maintain a strong network of Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Negotiate contract terms, rate cards, and MSAs with clients/vendors
• Track and report account performance metrics (submissions, interviews, placements, revenue)
• Resolve escalations related to consultants on billing (timesheets, invoicing issues, client feedback)
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio

• Manage end-to-end invoicing for consultants placed with US clients/vendors using QuickBooks
• Reconcile timesheets with client-approved hours before invoice generation
• Track accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on pending/overdue payments
• Process consultant payroll-related billing entries (C2C, W2, 1099) in QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate financial records: invoices, receipts, expense entries
• Generate weekly/monthly billing and revenue reports from QuickBooks for management review
• Coordinate with clients/vendors on invoice discrepancies and payment terms
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of billing data

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in a hybrid role (staffing + HR) or willingness to manage cross-functional responsibilities
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in night shifts
