Job description

Job Title: HR and Admin Associate

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work From Office – 5 Days)

We are a Pune-based product engineering and data analytics services company specializing in next-generation enterprise growth management solutions. Founded by IITians in 2013, we have successfully delivered over 100 projects across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. With a strong team of 100+ developers, designers, and analysts, we are expanding our workforce to meet our growth plans.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Associate to support our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to employee engagement, administrative support, and vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the entire journey for new hires—from contract generation and background checks to "Day 1" orientations and equipment provisioning.
  • HRMS Management: Maintain 100% data integrity in our HRMS (GreytHR). Use data to provide monthly reports on turnover, headcount, and diversity.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with finance/vendors to ensure monthly payroll is seamless. Manage local benefits enrollment (Health Insurance, PF/401k, etc.).
  • Policy Ownership: Draft and update the Employee Handbook to ensure it reflects current labor laws and our evolving startup culture.
2. Talent Acquisition Support
  • Pipeline Management: Support hiring managers by posting roles, screening resumes for cultural fit, and managing the interview scheduling loop.
  • Employer Branding: Help manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and Glassdoor profile to attract top‑tier talent.
3. Office Administration & Facilities
  • Workplace Experience: Manage the physical office space, including vendor management (cleaning, snacks, security).
  • Procurement: Oversee the purchase of IT hardware and office supplies, ensuring cost‑efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Event Planning: Lead the execution of team off‑sites, monthly Fun Fridays, and holiday celebrations.
4. Compliance & Legal
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure the company stays ahead of local labor regulations, filings, and audit requirements.
  • Documentation: Audit and maintain all physical and digital employee files.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4–6 years in an HR/Admin role, with at least 2-3 years in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in HRMS tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software (Notion/Asana).
  • Problem Solver: You don’t just report a problem; you come to the table with two possible solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can deliver sensitive news with empathy and clarity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus).
What We Offer
  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for skill development and career growth.
  • Exposure to diverse operational processes and systems.
