Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to ensure the department runs efficiently in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting guest, employee and owner expectations.

The role oversees all cleanliness-related functions across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, including laundry and linen operations, staff training, quality control, and cost management to sustain high service levels.

Qualificações

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsabilidades

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
