The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping operations at The Den, Bengaluru, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves supervising housekeeping and laundry teams, scheduling staff, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to maintain consistent service quality. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee inventory and ordering of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and implement efficient cleaning procedures and preventive maintenance in coordination with other departments. The role includes training and coaching team members, conducting inspections, addressing guest feedback, and collaborating closely with Front Office and Engineering to support smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper is also expected to uphold brand standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
