Job summary

Alila Lansdowne is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead all cleaning operations across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house, including laundry and linen services. You will ensure efficiency, brand standards, and guest satisfaction while meeting owner expectations and corporate strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior housekeeping role in a larger operation, and strong problem solving,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness of hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain brand standards and operational efficiency to meet guest, employee and owner expectations.

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
