Rainforest Luxury Villas in North Goa is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to supervise daily housekeeping operations across luxury villas. This role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest-ready conditions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or luxury residences, with strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 1-3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience within hospitality, villa management, luxury residences or hotels.
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams is essential.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory management and hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of housekeeping staff across assigned villas.
• Allocate daily duties and prepare housekeeping schedules based on occupancy and operational requirements.
• Ensure all villas are cleaned, inspected, stocked, and guest-ready before every arrival.
• Coordinate daily cleaning, departure cleaning, deep cleaning, and preventive maintenance housekeeping activities.
• Monitor housekeeping productivity and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities are carried out in accordance with company SOPs.
• Routine inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.
• Ensure guest amenities, linen, toiletries, and consumables are replenished according to company standards.
• Identify housekeeping deficiencies and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Report maintenance defects to the Property Manager and monitor completion.
