Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance and staffing across shifts.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and linen; optimize usage and reduce wastage.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits; document gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with students, campus administration and other departments on housekeeping needs.
• Engage with vendors and service providers; ensure service quality and standards.
• Ensure safety guidelines, chemical handling and waste management are followed.
• Maintain daily operation reports, attendance records, inventory and audit reports.
• Monitor expenses and support budget planning for housekeeping.
• Train staff on SOPs, cleaning techniques, hygiene practices, customer service and safety.
