Job summary

Della Townships India seeks an experienced Corporate Hospitality Manager to oversee end-to-end hospitality operations across our office premises, ensuring exceptional service standards, cleanliness, guest experience and seamless day-to-day operations.

You will lead Butlers, Housekeeping, GREs and F&B teams, drawing on a background in luxury hospitality or 5-star hotels to maintain 5-star standards for management, visitors, and VIP guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star hotels.
• Proven experience managing Butler Services, Housekeeping, GRE and F&B operations.
• Strong grooming, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience training and leading multidisciplinary hospitality teams.
• Experience handling VIPs and senior executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality services across office premises, meeting rooms, executive offices and guest areas.
• Supervise butlers to ensure premium service and personalised hospitality.
• Manage housekeeping staff, cleanliness and hygiene across spaces.
• Lead GREs to ensure visitor reception and VIP hospitality.
• Oversee pantry operations, inventory, refreshments, and meeting arrangements.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, grooming, training and performance.
• Ensure 5-star hospitality for CMD, senior management, VIP guests.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure service quality.
• Implement SOPs and daily inspections to maintain luxury standards.

• Oversee daily hospitality services across office premises, meeting rooms, executive offices and guest areas.
• Supervise butlers, ensuring premium service standards, professional etiquette and personalised hospitality for management and guests.
• Manage housekeeping staff, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and upkeep of all office spaces.
• Lead GREs to ensure professional visitor reception, guest coordination, VIP handling and seamless hospitality experiences.
• Supervise pantry operations, inventory, refreshments, food service, meeting arrangements and F&B quality standards.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, grooming, training, daily task allocation and performance.
• Ensure exceptional hospitality arrangements for CMD, senior management, VIP guests and business associates.
• Manage hospitality vendors, supplies, inventory and service quality.
• Conduct daily inspections, implement SOPs and ensure consistent luxury hospitality standards.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, 5-star hotels, corporate hospitality or premium guest services.
• Experience in luxury / 5-star hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong background in Butler Services, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and F&B Operations.
• Proven experience managing and training multidisciplinary hospitality teams.
• Excellent grooming, communication, guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality SOPs, service etiquette and hygiene standards.
• Experience handling VIPs, senior executives and high-profile guests preferred.
