• Promote construction chemical products including waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, sealants, grouts, tile adhesives, and concrete repair solutions.
• Drive product specifications, approvals, trials, and demonstrations with consultants and contractors.
• Manage complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and follow up for order conversion.
• Maintain project pipelines, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
