You will manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, build relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, and promote construction chemical products while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduation or diploma in civil engineering, sales, marketing or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant project sales experience preferred in construction chemicals/building materials.
• Strong understanding of B2B project sales and specification selling.
• Experience working with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and project owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive project sales across Bihar.
• Identify opportunities in construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects.
• Build relationships with Builders, Developers, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, Applicators, and Project Owners.
• Track projects and generate leads through market mapping.
• Promote construction chemical products including waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, sealants, grouts, tile adhesives, and concrete repair.
• Drive product specifications, approvals, trials, and demonstrations with consultants and contractors.
• Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and follow up for order conversion.
• Maintain project pipelines, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Aim to achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
