Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Civil Construction experience.
• Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects.
• Hands-on RCC, basement/podium, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing.
• Senior Site Engineer / Site In-Charge role preferred (3+ yrs).
• Strong contractor and site team management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and IS Codes.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and work schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate material/cube testing.
• Verify measurements, quantities and contractor running bills.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants for site issues.
