Job summary

Techture is seeking an experienced BIM Architect III to lead Architectural BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery for international projects. You will drive Revit-based workflows and ensure high-quality deliverables across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

You will mentor junior BIM staff, manage clashes with Navisworks, and align with BEP, ISO 19650, and LOD standards while contributing to 4D/5D BIM initiatives and project scheduling integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 4-6 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling and Coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong Navisworks experience for clash detection and coordination.
• Understanding BEP, ISO 19650, LOD standards and BIM best practices.
• Experience with international project delivery.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Architect III to lead Architectural BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery for international projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, construction documentation, and model coordination while ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant project deliverables.

• Develop, manage, and review complex Architectural BIM models for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare conceptual, detailed design, construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models using Autodesk Revit.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with Structural, MEP, and other project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection, constructability reviews, and coordination using Navisworks, ensuring timely resolution of model issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
• Conduct model quality checks (QA/QC) and maintain model health throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, schedules, and documentation as per client requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and BIM coordination meetings, documenting actions and ensuring closure.
• Support Scan-to-BIM workflows, point cloud modeling, and renovation projects where applicable.
• Assist in implementing 4D and 5D BIM workflows through integration of schedule and cost data.
• Mentor and guide junior BIM Architects, review their work, and ensure adherence to company BIM standards.
• Coordinate project deliverables, manage priorities, and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Continuously improve BIM workflows, automation practices, and project execution efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
• 4-6 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling and Coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Thorough understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and building systems.
• Working knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650, LOD standards, and BIM best practices.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and international project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, or other BIM automation tools.
• Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM, point cloud processing, and renovation workflows.
• Exposure to 4D/5D BIM, quantity estimation, and project planning tools.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage project deliverables with minimal supervision.
