Job summary

BIM Crest is looking for an Entry Level Architect to join their team on BIM projects. This role involves developing architectural designs using BIM platforms, collaborating with MEP teams, and participating in design coordination. The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch degree, be eager to learn, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Architects with 0–5 years of experience and working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The selected candidate will be involved in live projects, contributing to interdisciplinary coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and detailing architectural designs using BIM platforms (Revit preferred).
• Collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.
• Support design documentation at all project stages – concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and actively track inter-disciplinary issues and resolutions.
• Conduct clash detection and prepare coordination reports using tools like Navisworks.
• Ensure model accuracy, standards compliance, and information consistency across disciplines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0–5 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Good understanding of construction detailing and services coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
