Job summary

INTEC INFRA Technologies in India is seeking a BIM Manager to lead architectural BIM workflows for residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects. You will manage a project team and ensure BIM deliverables align with the BIM Execution Plan.

The role requires strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Revit MEP, with a track record of coordinating across disciplines and delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, construction technology, or related field from a reputed university, or equivalent international qualification.
• 5–15 years of experience in BIM implementation, processes, and standards preferred.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit Architecture, Navisworks Manage
• Good knowledge of Sketch up, Revit MEP
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for BIM and related issues
• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including coordination, schedule, quality, BIM deliverables, and issue resolution
• Ensuring the quality
• Ensuring the BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan
• Controls and updates the BIM Execution Plan when required
• Establishes processes and protocols for data exchange and user rights to maintain model integrity and validity
• Generates and monitors schedules and milestones as agreed upon by project participants
• Communicate with project partners to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided
• Coordinates and ensures the data extraction required by the different construction trades with the design team
• Ensures that the BIM deliverables are in line with the QA process

• Effectively managing the team.

• Deliver assigned project outputs within the agreed schedule.
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and job-shadowing opportunities to develop team members.
