Oakland System Private Limited, a Nagpur-based software company focused on Hospital Management Systems, is seeking Marketing Executives to drive campaigns and brand visibility across hospital and pharma sectors.

You will prepare marketing plans, coordinate with designers, liaise with media and events, and generate leads from conferences. Any Graduate candidates with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome; prior field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
• Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
• Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed.
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs.
• Liaising with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate.
• Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
• Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
• Candidates having prior experience in similar field will be given preference.
• Should have experience in direct interaction with clients & ability to deal with senior level.
• Must have good presentation skills & interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Should be from medical,pharma or research background.
Will be responsible to tap Hospital Industry only.
