Job summary

Oakland System Private Limited, a Nagpur-based software company delivering Hospital Management Systems, seeks Marketing Executives to drive campaigns and brand initiatives. You will work with designers to create impactful materials, engage stakeholders, and oversee multimedia outputs across leaflets, newsletters and DVDs.

Candidates with medical/pharma or research backgrounds and strong communication will be favored.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting data at end user points.
• Background in medical, pharma or research sectors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in India.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives.
• Collaborate with in-house designers to produce brand-compliant materials.
• Engage key stakeholders for product campaigns and report results.
• Coordinate with media, printers and publishers for leaflets, posters and newsletters.
• Support event presence at conferences, receptions and exhibitions.
• Manage booth at events and conduct customer interviews and focus groups.
• Monitor competitors and generate leads for products and services.
• Experience in direct client interaction and dealing with senior-level contacts.

Job Description

JD for Marketing Executives

• Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
• Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs
• Liaising with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate
• Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups
• Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
• Candidates having prior experience in similar field will be given preference.
• Should have experience in direct interaction with clients & ability to deal with senior level.
• Must have good presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
