Job summary

2coms Gurugram-based role seeks an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Managed Services. You will oversee IT service delivery, PM governance, and stakeholder engagement across large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and driving process improvements to achieve delivery excellence. On-site position requiring 10+ years of experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Delivery or Managed Services leadership.
• Proven experience with enterprise client accounts and large engagements.
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and PM methodologies.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Manage multiple enterprise client engagements with quality, timelines, and satisfaction.
• Act as primary client contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and business teams for project execution.
• Monitor project health, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Drive governance via client reviews, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Manage scope, change requests, and delivery timelines.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to build a high-performance delivery culture.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Delivery, Project/Program Management, stakeholder management, and client engagement , with a proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts, cross-functional teams, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management .
  
• Proven experience managing enterprise client accounts and large-scale managed services engagements.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
  
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps is an added advantage.
