Job summary

Cibirix in Indore is seeking an IT Delivery Manager with 7+ years of experience to plan, manage, and deliver IT projects end-to-end onsite.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role supports Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models and requires strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT project/program/service delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
• Understanding of cloud, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and delivery plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, infrastructure, cloud, security, and support teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage client/customer communication and provide regular status reports.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and resolve escalated issues.
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, project metrics, and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
• Support Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, transitions, and production support activities.
• Mentor and develop project and delivery team members.
