JOB Description:

The Delivery Manager – IT Services will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management of multiple IT engagements for global customers. The role requires strong leadership experience in managing large, multi-skilled teams delivering Infrastructure Management, Application Development, and Managed Services, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end service delivery across multiple IT service lines including Infrastructure Management, Application Development, and Managed Services.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional delivery teams across onshore/offshore/global delivery models.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments while driving continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global customers, managing stakeholder expectations and governance forums.
  • Drive service transition, stabilization, and transformation initiatives for new and existing engagements.
  • Oversee resource planning, capacity management, utilization, and cost optimization.
  • Manage delivery financials including budgets, margins, forecasting, and revenue assurance.
  • Identify delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, security, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management teams for solutioning, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning within delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 12–18 years of overall experience in IT Services delivery, with proven experience managing large-scale global engagements.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Infrastructure Management Services (IMS)
    • Application Development & Maintenance (ADM)
    • Managed Services
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams of 50+ members across geographies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service management frameworks, and delivery governance.
  • Experience working with global customers across US, Europe, and APAC regions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing delivery P&L, margins, and cost controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead delivery in matrix and multi-vendor environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, E&TC, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
  • Experience in cloud, digital transformation, or automation initiatives is a plus.
