Paisabazaar is hiring for a Domestic Sales Executive role to promote insurance products in Mumbai. You will contact potential and existing customers, explain features and documentation, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply with immediate joining on offer.

Location is Malad West, Mumbai with face-to-face interviews. Strong English, Hindi, and Marathi communication is required.

• Graduation is the minimum education.

• Only telesales experienced candidates will be preferred.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote Insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Insurance options.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

• 1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi & Marathi is must.
• 2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• 3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
• 5. Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: Graduation

Only Telesales Experienced candidates will be preferred.
