Policybazaar is hiring a Marathi-speaking Voice Associate in Mumbai (Malad West) to assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone. The role requires clear communication, empathy, and the ability to explain complex policies simply.

You will work in the day shift, stay target-driven, and ensure high quality interactions while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Assisting customers in sale of financial products over phone.
• Note: Marathi expert proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to explain policies clearly and patiently.
• Maintain high quality interactions with customers.
• Adhere to script and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
• Role entails working only in Day shift
• Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
• Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
• Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
• Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
