Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) is hiring for a senior payroll professional to manage multi-country payroll delivery from our India center. The role requires deep expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and client management, with experience leading small teams.

You will oversee delivery quality and drive process improvements. The candidate should have a master's degree with 7+ years of experience and will work on-site from Pune, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate payroll

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Skillsets Required:

• a) Should possess knowledge in payroll processing, payroll related compliances & labour law compliances.
• b) To build and maintain good client relationships
• c) Leading and developing the team
• d) To ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables and client is compliant with the regulatory requirements
• e) Maintain up to date knowledge of statutory compliances and applicable laws. Monitor the statutory changes at regular intervals.
• f) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Vital Skillsets Required:

• a) Hands on experience on handling payroll software and giving development inputs
• b) Process improvement to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• c) Managed new client implementation independently by defining the Business Blueprint and designing and executing the project implementation plan.
• d) Identifying the new business opportunities
• e) Invoicing, debtors management and vendor management

Basic Skillsets Required:

• a) MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• b) Good verbal and written communication skills

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

• a) Worked in a outsourced payroll managed services environment
• b) Managed at least 10+ clients and 5,000 payslips
• c) Managed team of 2 to 5 members
• d) Contributed to process improvement projects
• e) Performed client facing role
• f) Should possess masters degree with 7+ years of experience
