GEM Engserv Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a senior Head of Tendering & Bid Management to lead end-to-end tendering for infrastructure projects, overseeing PMC, QA/QC, HSE, third-party inspections, and design reviews. You will also develop tendering SOPs and governance, align with Sales and Operations to strengthen the pipeline, and mentor the tendering team while ensuring risk management and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; MBA preferred.
• MBA in Marketing, Project Management, or Business Management preferred.

Job Title: Head Tendering & Bid Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering and bid management for PMC, QA/QC, HSE, Third-Party Inspection, Design Review, and infrastructure projects.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate tenders for commercial viability, risks, and compliance.
• Drive bid strategies, pricing, commercial negotiations, and timely tender submissions.
• Develop tendering SOPs, governance processes, and Bid-to-Win strategies to maximise business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to strengthen the tender pipeline and business acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the tendering team while ensuring effective risk management and compliance.

Qualification

Bachelors degree, preferably in Civil Engineering. MBA in Marketing, Project Management, or Business Management preferred.

Experience

15+ years in tendering, bid management, or business development within Infrastructure, Engineering Consultancy, PMC, EPC, Inspection, or Construction. Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with exposure to large-value government and private-sector tenders.
