Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT or software development environment.

• Experience with Business Analysis principles and translating business requirements into technical documentation.
• Extensive experience with various types of Documentations, including user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Management concepts and documentation.
• Knowledge of IT Compliance Management standards and practices.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and documentation requirements.
• Experience with QA processes for technical documentation.
