Job summary

Medusind seeks a Manager – Operations Excellence to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across its global BPO functions, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and delivering measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and client delivery.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teams, and partner with automation groups to deploy RPA and standardized processes, building dashboards to track KPIs and ROI while ensuring sustainable transformations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in US Healthcare BPO operations, with at least 8+ years in Operations Excellence roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 large transformation projects with measurable cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR calling, denial management, medical coding).
• Experience incorporating automation and RPA solutions into process improvement.
• Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and KPI reporting.

Overview: Reporting to Medusinds Director of Operations Excellence, the Manager – Operations Excellence will play a key role in driving process improvement and operational transformation across Medusind’s global business functions. This role focuses on executing Lean Six Sigma initiatives, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring measurable outcomes in efficiency, compliance, and client delivery.

Position Overview

The Manager – Operations Excellence will lead crossfunctional projects to streamline workflows, reduce defects, and enhance productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, handson project execution, and the ability to partner with operations and automation teams to deliver sustainable improvements. The successful candidate will manage a team of process improvement specialists and act as a bridge between strategy and execution.
