Job summary

Satven in Hyderabad, India is seeking a BIW/Automotive Process Engineer to contribute to new model development cycles. You will leverage DVA/VisVSA insights, GD&T knowledge, and hands-on CATIA/UG experience to support input-output inference in the VSA workflow.

Applicants should have OEM exposure in BIW geometry, hemming processes, tolerance analysis, and process engineering for end-to-end model cycles. This role demands practical skills in automotive manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Should have expertise in DVA process (VisVSA) - input process & output inference.
• Knowledgeable with statistical tools & techniques.
• Worked in Automobile OEM; in BIW geometry and /or process engineering
• New Model End to End at least one cycle
• CATIA & Unigraphics hands on Experience.
• Should have good knowledge in GD&T.
• Knowledgeable in all types of Hemming process and C/Measure.
• Knowledgeable in plastic part tolerancing & Vehicle on wheels.
