Job summary

Impact HR and KM Solutions in Nashik is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales in the Solar / Power & Energy sector. You will develop territory plans, manage distributors, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of field sales experience, a Graduate degree, and proven ability to build relationships with dealers and key customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–2 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in territory and distributor management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Solar / Power & Energy market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Ensure availability of products and maintain optimal inventory levels across the distribution network.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support business objectives.
• Train, motivate, and guide sales representatives and field staff to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
