Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Hiring Expert Trainer in Advanced System‑Level C++ and Object‑Oriented Design. The role involves conducting advanced training sessions, sharing expertise in system‑level design and object‑oriented programming, and creating engaging content for learners. Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver customized training materials that address specific skill gaps. Provide mentorship and support to learners, helping them enhance their professional skill sets and achieve their career goals.

We are looking for a highly experienced faculty / industry expert to deliver an advanced, systems‑level training program for one of our enterprise units.

Training Focus Areas

Advanced Object‑Oriented Systems – Product Design
Advanced Object‑Oriented Systems – Product Debugging
Efficient Use Case Analysis & Estimation

Technical Environment (Must‑Have Experience)

SR‑IOV / PowerVM‑based architecture
Heavy use of C++ for:
Polymorphism via virtual functions
Inheritance‑driven design
Direct interaction with:
Raw memory
Hardware registers
Hex dumps
No use of STL, exceptions, RTTI, or hidden allocations

Important Constraints
